LEADERSHIP IN RESERVE: SELECTION, LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR MAJOR ORGANISATIONS

The purpose of the program is to ensure an optimal supply of leaders in addition to the development of new methods and means even at an international level.

  • The recommended programme offers the competencies required in the given field into conformity with the assessed competencies of candidates and adapts to the facts mentioned above to the process of the supply instructions.
  • This structure is personalised and reduces training costs.
  • It allows a wider bailing, including those workplaces that are out of the usual selection process due to the lack of information, disadvantageous geographical distribution or any other reasons.
  • There is a possibility that there could be colleagues in each major organisation who would be suitable for leadership tasks based on their competencies, but they don’t appear in view of the selection experts, so "we have to discover them".
